Brew Your Website
Within 24 hours of purchase, I will manually deliver your copy of the template to you! You’ll receive an email inviting you to become the administrator. Once you accept you can start customizing your website right away! You’ll swap out the images, fonts, and colors, and add in your copywriting using the template prompts as a guide. It’ll be fun, simple, and so confidence-building!

Whenever your website is ready to go you’ll connect our domain and change the website publication status to “public”. Remember, the goal isn’t protection here, it’s forward momentum! It’s okay to publish your website before it’s 100% perfect! You can always edit, tweak, and improve things as you go.

This page is designed to answer your in-person business customers’ questions fast. How do they get to you? What’s on your menu? What are your hours? How can I support your business if I can’t come to the shop/studio?
Don’t have an in-person business and still *really want the Café Au Lait template? That’s okay! You can disable the business bar in mobile view, and the “visit the cafe” pages. It’s 100% customizable and it’ll grow with you as your business does!
SERVICES PAGE
The services page is a summary of all of the services you might offer. So potential clients can easily understand the range of services you provide and select the one that best suits them.
Don’t have custom services? That’s okay! You can optimize this page for an online course or anything that requires a dedicated sales page. It’ll be easy peasy. Just swap out the text with your sales copy!
ONLINE SHOP
In the online shop, you can sell physical products like made-to-order items, subscriptions, and merch. Or you can sell digital products like ebooks, downloads, courses, and even memberships!
Don’t have an online shop? That’s okay too! (Do you see how customizable and versatile this template is yet!?) You can disable the shop or only sell a few of the items. I DO NOT recommend deleting the pages. Adding digital products is a wonderful passive, evergreen income stream that you may want to include some day!
*NOTE: I do not recommend using Squarespace for large inventories of stock that will restock time and time again. Or for shops withe extremely high order volumes. For that, I suggest using Shopify! But for handmade shops, digital products, and smaller inventories (I’d say somewhere between 1-35 restocking items), Squarespace is wonderful!

That said, every website platform is. 🤷🏼♀️ SEO is something that can feel complicated but at the end of the day as long as you are publishing regular, clear, high-quality content to your website and following a few simple rules ANY website platform will be a great tool to enhance your SEO!
